Privately send photos:

Yes you can. The pocess is a little lengthy but when you want to use hacks, you will have to put some efforts.
Now you can send photos to your friends individually or to multiple. First go to the photo editor and edit it. It automatically shows 'share'  but tap at the top. It will then show 'direct message',  tap there and you can share the pictures with custom people.
Its the way of sending the photo through message.
If you want to share privately then go to the post you want to share and click on the air plane icon and add  the names with whom you want to share when send.

The troubling ads:

Ads whether they are showing by the Instagram according to your interest, by the people you follow or the ads of other applications and websites can now be hidden.
Most of the time these ads interrupt in the normal viewing of the photos. But you can get rid of them by tapping the three dots at the top right corner of the post, choose hide ads and done!

Share the post on Pinterest:

Instagram does not offer the post to share on other social media platforms except Facebook.

Tap the post to view it in the full and then tap the three dots at the top right corner of the post. Select copy URL.  Now download Pinterest application in your phone. Select the + sign at the top right to add a new pin. There you can add the copied URL to new board or pin.

Tap on that and you will be on the general search. Tap on the search bar and choose places. Then enter the name of place you want. It will start showing you the posts that were geotagged in that location.

Delete comments:

You can even delete the comments using keywords. Go to options in th the mobile application and choose comments. From there go to 'hide inappropriate comments'. You can even add  certain keywords that are included in the post you want to delete.
Select the speech bubble icon below the comments and slightly swipe to the left. A garbage can will then appear and you can delete the comment.
You can delete your own comments by the same way.
